Most of Vic’s Professional Music career has been as a solo artist.
Stemming from Canberra in the 70’s, Vic Started playing in coffee Houses playing, James Taylor and Neil Young covers, as well as working in the “Public Service”. He turned to full time music in 1981.
Moving to Brisbane he became firmly entrenched in the developing LIVE music scene. By the time Expo 88 was in full swing Vic was well established and a sought-after artist.
In 1996 Vic and his family Moved to the NSW Snowy Mountains, there he took on the role of a Ski Lodge/Hotel Manager during the winter months and Musician in the Summer. Vic’s Son Joal, joined him as a duo partner in 2012. A very successful couple of years followed playing in local Pubs and for many Weddings.
They returned to Brisbane in 2004 after Joal had completed year 12 school. The duo enjoyed a short time in Brisbane and the Gold Coast but in 2005 Joal decided to follow his own musical career.
Late in 2005 Vic bought a Management rights on the gold coast which He and His Wife Stephanie ran until late 2016.
During that time Vic continued his musical career as a solo artist with Variety Qld entertaining on 6 BASH trips, 3 4WD events, 3 RV events and numerous fund-raising weekends.
Vic also spent 2 years Touring with James Blundell travelling from, Darwin to Victoria and South Australia.
In 2015 Vic joined a local Band on the Gold Coast, Rock Salt, they are still enjoying playing at various venues around the GC and Northern NSW.
Vic Joined The Ayers Rockettes in 2016 for the Gympie Muster. Since then the band has performed at various festivals and most recently “Cruisin’ Country 7”.
When not working with Rock Salt or The Ayers Rockettes, Vic performs throughout Queensland and NSW as a Solo Artist travelling in a Motor home with Stephanie.
