Tent City

Join the community of Winton’s Way Out West Fest by being part of the tent city where patrons from all around Australia will come to meet each other, join in the festivities and create the region’s biggest ever pop-up village.

Tent City camping is conveniently located right next to the Main Concert venue in Winton on what was the original Winton cricket oval and will be fully serviced with showers, toilets, and a central kitchen facility. The camp area will have 24/7 security and your own car park close by.

These quality tents are roomy, cabin style tents with screened windows on 3 sides, a zippered front door and an entry awning. Each tent is fully floored, carpeted and fitted with an internal 12v light.

Breakfast is included in your booking and is provided at the Tent City central kitchen.

One, two or three adults can be accommodated per one room tent, and up to 4 adults in the two room tents. All tents are fitted with wire-based metal framed beds with foam mattresses.

You provide your own bed linen, pillows, camp chairs are recommended and a small table should you wish to bring this along, and of course, an esky to keep your drinks cold.

If you want to travel light, bed linen, pillows, tables, chairs and esky can be added to your hire order, so you can relax and know that your Way Out West Fest experience is fully catered for.

These extras can be added after you have first selected and booked your Tent via our Tent City convenor who will quote you on any required extras or premium bedding options.

Festoon lighting is strategically positioned around the Tent City site. As part of the service, Tent City staff erect and dismantle the facility and are on site for the duration of the event to welcome guests and ensure your Way Out West Fest experience is one to remember.
